Heat oven to 350 degrees
Added 1/4 c. of vegetable broth, half a lemon juiced, 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic, salt, pepper, and 3-4 Tbsp. of spicy garlic seasoning into a bowl and whisked all of the ingredients together
I laid about 1.5 lbs of shrimp flat in a glass baking dish and poured the mixture all over shrimp
I then cubed about 3-4 Tbsps of butter and distributed it all over the shrimp
Baked for 10 min at 350 degrees
Made stove top grits and poured the shrimp with some of the juices on top for one yummy quick dinner.
INGREDIENTS
1lb Box of Elbow Macaroni
1/2c Butter or Margarine
1/3c Flour
2tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp pepper
4c Milk
1 8oz Brick of Cream Cheese(softened)
1 Beer Cheese Dip Pack (Just Crazy Good)
Topping
2c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2/3c Bread Crumbs or Panko
2Tbs Melted Butter
DIRECTIONS:Cook pasta according to package directions(Al Dente Firmness). Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large sauce pan over medium heat, melt butter, stir in Flour, salt & pepper. Gradually add milk (1/2c at a time) stir until thickened, add cream cheese until blended, then add Beer Cheese Dip Pack. After mixed together & set aside. In large 2qt greased baking dish, add drained pasta & sauce, mix together & set aside. Topping:Add bread crumbs & melted butter in separate dish, coat thoroughly. Top Cheese to macaroni mixture, then top with bread crumb mixture. Cook for 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Enjoy!
